Sex work legal?Brothel iilegal?🤔🤔

News of the hour is that Honb'le Supreme court has ordered Police to treat Sex workers with Dignity and respect and they also have ryt to lyf👏👏...but confusion among the public is that Is prostitution legal?🙄🙄 Lets see:

1-As per law,If a sex worker is practicing Sex work in Public Places, Hotels or soliciting and seducing a Customer it is illegal.Everything is fyn ,but why not seducing?So according to Law,You cannot convince a Customer but You can run your business🤐🤔.

2-Brothel is illegal,but sex work is not...and sex worker cannot practice anywhere else and If a raid is conducted,police cannot file a Criminal Case againsthim/her.Where he/she will practice,if u r making sex work legal and brothel illegal?🙄🙃

My opinion is we want a clarity from Government and Supreme Court.whats Yours?
